
I always believe breakfast should be the easiest meal without compromising on health points. You are starting your day and I dont want to burden myself with heavy works. I want to feel clean ( I mean I dont want to sweat it out in the kitchen) and peaceful every morning. So here is an easy, tasty and healthy breakfast idea.
Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes
chopped onion
chopped green chillies
chopped coriander leaves(optional)
turmeric powder chilli powdwe
garam masala powder
chopped spring onion chopped broccoli
bread slices
eggs
salt
Preperations:;
- Mash your boiled potatoes along with chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, garam masala.
- Spread them onto the bread slices.
- Melt butter in a pan and toast the bread slices untill it turns brown and crispy.
- Make bull’s eye as usual but remember to sprinkle those chopped spring onions and broccoli over it along with salt and pepper.
