10 min Brecky: Desi potato toast & sunny Sides up

I always believe breakfast should be the easiest meal without compromising on health points. You are starting your day and I dont want to burden myself with heavy works. I want to feel clean ( I mean I dont want to sweat it out in the kitchen) and peaceful every morning. So here is an easy, tasty and healthy breakfast idea.

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes

chopped onion

chopped green chillies

chopped coriander leaves(optional)

turmeric powder chilli powdwe

garam masala powder

chopped spring onion chopped broccoli

bread slices

eggs

salt

Preperations:;

  1. Mash your boiled potatoes along with chopped onion, green chillies and coriander leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt, garam masala.
  2. Spread them onto the bread slices.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and toast the bread slices untill it turns brown and crispy.
  4. Make bull’s eye as usual but remember to sprinkle those chopped spring onions and broccoli over it along with salt and pepper.
